01. Consent & Purpose
By requesting an OTP, you provide explicit consent to process your mobile number for authentication. In accordance with DPDPA 2023, we collect data only to verify identity and maintain performance history.
02. The No-Spam Guarantee
We strictly do **not** use your mobile number for marketing, telecalling, or promotional SMS. Your number is used solely for transactional OTPs via MSG91.
03. Execution Data
Test results (WPM, Accuracy, Mistake Logs) are stored securely to provide personal history and global leaderboard rankings.
04. Indian Residency
All user profiles and performance data are stored on secure servers located within India (Bangalore region). We do not transfer personal data outside Indian borders.
05. Data Rights
You have the "Right to be Forgotten." You may request data erasure or withdraw consent at any time by contacting our grievance officer.
